The Medical City

The Medical City Adult Critical Care Institute (TMC ACCI) is among the first institutions in the Philippines to offer a comprehensive Critical Care Medicine (CCM) Fellowship Training Program aligned with international standards and recognized by the Philippine College of Physicians. The institute was established in 2010 as part of the critical care training and service programs of The Medical City.

The program is currently led by its Director, Jose Emmanuel Palo, with Jude Erric Cinco serving as Training Officer. Since its establishment, the fellowship program has produced more than twenty graduates who now serve as active critical care consultants, as well as program heads and training officers in other CCM institutions across the country.

The program was granted Provisional Accreditation by the Philippine Society of Critical Care Medicine on April 1, 2025. It currently has five fellows enrolled in the two-year training track.
